Also, our installation and setup guides are available to provide support and ensure a smooth setup experience.
ZSL provides a comprehensive range of IP camera modules with various specifications to cater to the differing requirements of our customers. Our R&D team continuously works to enhance our product line with chipset options such as Mstar, Goke, Qualcomm, Novatek, and Hisilicon.

Yes, in addition to IP camera modules, ZSL offers customization services for various security-related modules, including access control modules, burglar alarm modules, intercom modules, and more.

Customization
The most common customization services include camera module selection and design, embedded programming, integration with third-party software, and custom system firmware—for example, custom camera’s lens, image sensor, and SOC, and adding a protocol, modifying the camera’s physical design to fit the customers needs.
Customizing your IP camera project allows for greater control over the system. This can include the ability to customize settings to suit specific needs, the optimization of hardware and software for your application, and the integration of other products or systems for a complete solution.
The time required to customize depends on the scope of the customization project. Generally, a simple customization request will take 1-2 weeks, depending on the project’s complexity. However, more complex customization requests may take up to one month.

Yes, we offer a wide range of software customization services to meet our customers’ specific requirements. Our services include customizing the camera’s user interface, seamlessly integrating it with existing systems(NVR,3rd platform, etc.), and creating new software features (e.g.facial recognition or other video analysis algorithms)to enhance performance and functionality. Yes,we will provide a sample of the customized camera module for the customer to review before making a purchase. This helps the customer to ensure that the camera meets their requirements.
The cost of IP camera module customization will depend on the project’s scope and the requirements’ complexity; usually, minor customization requests, such as modifying the login interface and on-screen display settings(OSD), are no charges. While for more complex customization needs, it is more expensive than purchasing a pre-made product. To get a better understanding of the customization cost, it’s recommended to consult with our team.

Yes, ZSL can customize IP camera modules to work in specific scenarios, such as casinos, banks, airports, transportation hubs, Stadiums and arenas, Power plants, etc.
Delivery
For sample orders within 3 days, quantities <1000 pcs, delivery can be expected in 1-3 weeks. For >1000pcs or urgent orders, the lead time may vary depending on the specific inventory and order plan.
We will provide a delivery confirmation, B/L, loading pictures, and a tracking number to track the delivery status of the IP camera modules.
Our trade term is EXW. We offer delivery insurance options for the product, which can be included in the order for an extra fee.
Each module is protected with anti-static materials and securely packaged. Additional paper corners are added to protect against breakage, and the package is securely tied with packing straps for further security during transit.
Warranty
Our IP camera modules typically come with a standard warranty period of one year from the date of purchase. However, we may offer an extended warranty period of two years for specific projects. And most warranties cover defects in the material and workmanship of the module under normal use.
Yes, our warranty includes coverage for the repair or replacement of defective or malfunctioning components within the specified period. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product. However, damaged modules due to misuse or abuse are not covered under warranty.
No, the standard warranty period does not cover software updates. However, we provide a download window to allow customers to optimize to the latest firmware version based on the actual project situation.
In 1-2 weeks, we will see the specific module and the issue’s complexity. We resolve warranty-related issues as soon as possible and inform customers of the repair or replacement timeline.
Yes, ZSL provides customers free technical support over the phone or online for valid coverage periods.
